The pilot is designed for properties that want to experience SOSOO formulations in a live guest environment before entering a full seasonal programme. It removes the risk from the decision without removing the quality from the product.
01 Initial Consultation
We establish your property profile, guest demographic, existing amenity setup, and regulatory situation. No commitment required at this stage.
02 Sensory Brief
You receive a structured brief questionnaire covering scent direction, texture preferences, and packaging constraints. We use this to define a formulation direction for your pilot collection.
03 Sample Shipment
Physical samples of the proposed pilot formulations are shipped to your property for internal review and guest testing.
04 Pilot Delivery
A limited production run is delivered with full compliance documentation. You place the products in rooms and gather feedback over an agreed period.
05 Programme Decision
Following the pilot period, you decide whether to proceed to a full seasonal programme. There is no obligation to continue.
