One compliance-backed core powers two front ends built for how hotels and vessels actually operate, and keeps the inspection-ready record that makes SOSOO the system of record rather than a replaceable vendor.

Under EU Cosmetics Regulation and Balearic Law 8/2019, a property has to produce traceability on demand. The Operating System keeps that record native and SOSOO-owned: every lot carries its batch genealogy and COA, traceable from the supplier lot to the room that used it. That is the moat — and it stays mandatory in every tier, whether or not the front end is white-labelled.

Crew report stock and issues from the berth.

During a 48-hour turnaround the chief stew has no time to count bottles in the bilge. The crew login replaces the count: a stock check or an issue report takes seconds, and it routes to SOSOO and the client instantly.

Use the Operating System as the software layer on an annual licence. Co-branding is the default; white-label is a paid add-on. The Compliance Ledger stays mandatory and SOSOO-owned.
