Under EU Cosmetics Regulation and Balearic Law 8/2019, a property has to produce traceability on demand. The Operating System keeps that record native and SOSOO-owned: every lot carries its batch genealogy and COA, traceable from the supplier lot to the room that used it.

During a 48-hour turnaround the chief stew has no time to count bottles in the bilge. The crew login replaces the count: a stock check or an issue report takes seconds, and it routes to SOSOO and the client instantly.
