Compliance is built into the brief. These are the roles and the rules, with links to the official texts.
Every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a Responsible Person based in the EU. For each product, an outsourced Responsible Person is appointed.
Each product needs a Cosmetic Product Safety Report. Part B, the safety assessment, is signed by a qualified safety assessor. We coordinate it; we do not sign it.
We hold the Product Information File, manage the CPNP notifications and give you an audit-ready compliance record. A product is notified on the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal before it is placed on the market.

General obligations have applied since 12 August 2026. Single-use toiletry packaging in accommodation is restricted from 1 January 2030. Packaging is assessed against the applicable requirements for each project. Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
Restricts named single-use items and bans products containing microplastics in the Balearic Islands. It does not expressly list toiletry miniatures. Official text (BOE).
