The sample programme is provided by 소수, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, trading as SOSOO Amenities.

2. What the programme includes
Evaluation samples, so you can compare before you choose a manufacturer and a direction for your brand.
- Up to 3 SKUs: shampoo, conditioner, body wash or hand wash.
- Standard-range bases only. Samples do not represent a final customised formula, and custom formula development is not included.
- Samples from up to 2 manufacturers, shortlisted from your Product Development Form to match your budget, formats and brand story.
- Fragrance options and sample packaging.
- One consolidated parcel, shipped with tracking.
3. How it works
- After your enquiry, we email you the Product Development Form and the invoice for the sample fee.
- Work starts when both the completed Product Development Form and the payment have been received.
- You can book a call with us to talk through your brief. The call is optional.
- When your samples have arrived, we can arrange a call to go through them.
4. Fee and payment
- The sample fee is stated on your invoice and is paid by bank transfer, quoting the invoice reference. Any bank charges are paid by the sender.
- The fee is non-refundable. Bases, fragrances and packaging are ordered for your project once work starts.
- The fee covers the sample programme only and is not credited against production.
5. Delivery
- Delivery to an address in the European Union is included.
- Delivery to the United Kingdom and other destinations is quoted at cost before shipping.
- Samples ship from the Republic of Korea. Import VAT, customs duties and any clearance charges in the destination country are paid by the client.
6. What samples are, and are not
Samples are for evaluation only. They come with no guarantee of a specific formula, price or timeline for production. A brief is not a commitment to a production order, on your side or ours.
7. Confidentiality
Your brief, formulas and data are shared only with the manufacturers selected for your project, under confidentiality, and never used for other clients.
