1. Data controller

SOSOO Amenities is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

Through the enquiry form:

• Name
• Business name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Target country
• Who you are (for example founder, buyer or press)
• The page you sent the form from, and your consent

Through the guide downloads: your email address, the guide requested, and whether you asked for follow-up emails.

Through the chat assistant: the messages you send and a session identifier.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry, send you the Product Development Form and the sample programme details, and follow up on your brief. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• To send the guide you requested and, only if you ticked the box, two follow-up emails. Legal basis: your consent. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer questions in the chat assistant. Legal basis: your consent, given by using it.
• To understand how the website is used. Legal basis: consent where cookies are involved (see section 7).

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing cs@sosooamenities.com. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Who processes it for us

• Google Firebase: stores enquiry and guide download submissions, and chat assistant sessions.
• Resend: sends our emails, including the automatic reply to your enquiry.
• Formspree: receives form submissions only if our own form service is unavailable.
• Anthropic: generates the chat assistant's replies from your messages.
• Vercel: hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly visit statistics.
• Google Analytics: measures website visits.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by the safeguards in each provider's data processing terms.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless a client relationship or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Guide download requests and chat sessions are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to a supervisory authority (in Spain: the AEPD, aepd.es)

To exercise any of these rights, email cs@sosooamenities.com. We reply within one month.

7. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to measure visits. Vercel Web Analytics measures visits without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
