Production is made to order for each season. Lead times are confirmed in writing with your brief, so plan well before spring.
What applies to a club.
The EU restriction on single use toiletry packaging from 1 January 2030 is written for the accommodation sector as classified in NACE Rev. 2. If your club has rooms, those rooms are in scope. Commission guidelines on its scope are due by 12 February 2027. Refillable dispensers are not single use packaging. Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
SPF and water resistance claims must be backed by recognised test methods, and a product cannot claim total protection. Commission Recommendation 2006/647/EC.

Law 8/2019 bans products containing microplastics. Every formula for a Balearic club is checked against it. Official text (BOE).
